Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic

CRM & Email Management Specialist

to manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns within our CRM system. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and analyzing email communications aimed at engaging existing customers, nurturing leads, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day CRM operations related to email manahement, including solving customer queries, holiday bookings and reporting. Design, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with the customer lifecycle and business ob-jectives. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Maintain email lists and ensure data hygiene and compliance with email regulations. Develop and maintain automated workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, transactional emails, etc.). Monitor CRM data integrity and assist in customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM systems. Good vocabulary. Excellent communication and project management skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with customer journey mapping. Knowledge of marketing automation platf-orms and CRM integrations.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
