Job Summary:

We are hiring a female Client Relationship Executive to be the bridge between our guests and operations. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel extensively and handle real-time guest support on tours. You will play a key role in building trust, creating memorable experiences, and managing smooth tour execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after travel.

Travel with groups on tour to manage guest relations and coordination.

Understand individual client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Assist with booking accommodations, itineraries, and activity planning.

Coordinate with internal departments for seamless delivery of services.

Handle client concerns empathetically and ensure high satisfaction.

Maintain detailed client records using CRM tools.

Support sales efforts by following up on inquiries and promoting tours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Female candidates only (due to tour composition and role requirements).

Graduate in Travel, Hospitality, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in client service or relationship management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory willingness to travel at least 21 days per month.

Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM software.

Multilingual (English + regional language preferred).

Prior experience in group travel or wellness/experiential tourism.

Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore or Goa.
