Proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import-export documentation, and awareness of Incoterms, and international logistics procedures and industry regulations
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cross selling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
Familiar with Microsoft office, Google drive and Google- sheets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

KRAs:-
Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds with coordination with internal teams
Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
Communication with domestic & international clients to receive and process orders
Oversee the accounts of assigned clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and renew contracts with clients.
Cross-selling and upselling of other products and services
Maintaining financial health and receivables of customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, warehousing, customs clearance, and finance to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
