Service Advisor



Job Summary:



Act as the key liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers and understand their service requirements. Create job cards and explain service estimates. Coordinate with the workshop team for timely delivery. Communicate service updates and delivery timelines to customers. Upsell value-added services and AMC plans.

Qualifications:



Diploma / Graduate in Automotive or Mechanical field. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Good technical knowledge and customer handling skills. Familiar with DMS (Dealer Management Systems).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
