Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring
customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records using advanced Excel skills. The role
requires strong communication, follow-up, and reporting abilities to support both sales and
operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
? Handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide after-sales support.
? Prepare and manage customer databases, reports, and trackers in Excel (advanced formulas,
Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
? Assist the sales team with MIS reports, sales data analysis, and follow-ups.
? Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth
execution.
? Ensure timely responses to customer needs and resolve queries effectively.
? Support customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
Requirements
? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship / sales coordination / back-office.
? Strong Excel skills (mandatory).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Good organizational and time management abilities.
? Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
