Customer Relationship Executive (OEM)
who can manage client coordination, reporting, and support for OEM partners, with strong Excel skills being a must.
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive - OEM will be responsible for handling communications with OEM clients, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and production teams. The role requires excellent follow-up skills, professionalism in client handling, and advanced Excel expertise for reporting and MIS management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for OEM clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Handle end-to-end order management - from order receipt to dispatch coordination.
Maintain and update OEM client data, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel tools.
Generate and share MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analyses to support decision-making.
Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless execution of OEM requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and address queries or issues effectively.
Collect and document client feedback to improve service standards and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in customer relationship / client servicing (OEM or B2B preferred).
Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting mandatory).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle OEM requirements with precision.
Team-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
