Job Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion
: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the hotel's services, banquet facilities, and food & beverage packages.
Inbound Customer Service
: Handle incoming calls to answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide information about venue availability and offerings.
Lead Generation & Follow-up
: Identify and qualify potential leads for events and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive bookings.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
: Accurately record all customer interactions, update contact details, and maintain customer databases.
Meeting Targets
: Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall performance of the sales team.
Data Analysis
: Report on call outcomes, customer feedback, and observations to the team lead to help improve sales strategies.

Ideal Candidates will have
Previous experience of minimum 1 year in a telemarketing, tele-calling, or tele-sales.

A proven track record of generating sales and building rapport with clients.
