Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Experience:
1-3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and service requests through phone, email, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain customer databases and ensure timely feedback collection.
Support showroom and field teams with communication and documentation.
Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with Bellware's brand values.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in MS Office and basic CRM handling.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
A customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
