About the Role:
We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and dependable
Customer Relations Executive
to manage inbound calls and client interactions. This is a part-time or freelance opportunity -- ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a calm and persuasive communication style, and is looking to grow into a more permanent role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and queries from leads and clients
Maintain polite, professional, and engaging communication in both English and Hindi
Document call details and follow up when necessary
Build positive relationships with leads and ensure a smooth customer experience
Coordinate with internal team members and report feedback or client needs
Requirements:
Fluent in
both English and Hindi
(spoken)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, call logs)
Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or telecalling is a bonus
Preference:
