Job Summary:
We're looking for a Customer Relations Executive who possesses
excellent written and verbal English communication skills
to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to our services. You'll guide them through initial processes and prepare them for the next steps with our team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first interaction. You'll play a key role in building foundational relationships that contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities:
Engage and Qualify Social Media Leads Proactively connect with students who express interest in overseas education through various social media platforms. Skillfully assess their academic goals, preferences, and eligibility to qualify them as potential clients for our overseas education consultancy services.
Onboard and Educate Potential Clients: Accustom potential clients to the overseas education process based on their requirements, outlining the general steps involved. Clearly explain the range of services YMGrad offers and how these can benefit them in their study abroad journey.
Facilitate Next Steps and Handover: Guide and support students in preparing for their initial consultations with our dedicated education consultants, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what to expect and what information will be needed to proceed.
Qualifications:
0-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales support, or a similar field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are compulsory,
as you'll be interacting with clients from diverse overseas backgrounds.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
