Job Description

We are looking for Customer Relationship Executive for our Delhi Office .

Responsibilities and Duties



Should have knowledge about file lodgement process & requirement of countries like Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Ireland. Should have knowledge of the checklist as per the requirement. Helping Students arrange their documents in acceptable manner. Checking if the details are correct or not. Getting files ready, SOP, recommendation letter. Getting financial & work experience documents verified. To maintain the proper record keeping of all the students. To make the effective and error-free reports.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications



Should be a graduate in any stream. Experienced (in same field) candidate will be preferred. Should have knowledge about, filling procedures and answering inquires from customers and resolve issues. Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality. Effective and excellent communication skills

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
