Job Description

We are looking for smart enthusiastic professional. Who is Responsible for ensuring a positive healthcare journey by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating care, scheduling appointments, gathering feedback, and maintaining patient satisfaction through empathetic communication, often using CRM software to track interactions and improve service quality.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

MBA( Marketing)



Salary Package:12k-15k

Responsibilities:



Patient Engagement:

Greet, assist, and guide patients and families, serving as a main point of contact.

Issue Resolution:

Address concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, handling billing issues and service gaps.

Care Coordination:

Liaise with doctors, nurses, and admin staff to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth patient flow.

Information & Education:

Provide clear information on procedures, services, policies, and billing.

Scheduling & Registration:

Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the registration/discharge process.

Feedback & Improvement:

Collect patient feedback to implement service enhancement initiatives.

Record Management:

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
