Job Description

Job Summary:



Responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails. Resolve complaints and provide accurate information. Maintain records of customer interactions. Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved. Support sales and service teams when needed.

Requirements:



Graduates, especially B.Com Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Male candidates only Local candidates preferred from Perumbavoor, Kalady, Aluva, Angamaly
