Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails.
Resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Support sales and service teams when needed.
Requirements:
Graduates, especially B.Com
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
