Job Summary:



The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the building materials sector. The role acts as a vital bridge between the sales team, operations, and the client.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients including dealers, contractors, architects, builders, and project heads. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support. Ensure prompt resolution of product/service issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and feedback in CRM systems. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. Proactively follow up with clients for repeat business, referrals, and satisfaction checks. Assist in organizing client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations when needed. Generate customer satisfaction reports and support sales team in retention strategies.

Key Requirements:



Experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in a B2B environment. Prior exposure to the building materials industry (cement, tiles, paints, plywood, etc.) is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of building materials and construction-related processes. Experience working with dealer/distributor networks and project clients. Fluency in local language(s) in addition to English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
