Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through calls, messages, or emails

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and service quality
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
Assist in appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders (if applicable)
Support retention and customer engagement initiatives
