Job Description

The Customer Relations Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their interaction with the organization. This role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist customers through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a courteous and professional manner. Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments such as Operations, Accounts, and HR to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback. Support customer onboarding, scheduling, and service coordination when required. Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements. Assist in preparing customer feedback reports and satisfaction metrics. Ensure all communication reflects the company's standards and professionalism.
