About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated

Customer Relations Associate

who is fluent in Hindi. The role involves engaging with potential clients, providing information about our drone-based products and services, and assisting with customer queries. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Freshers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi-speaking regions Introduce and explain our DroneTech products, services, and training programs clearly Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution Collaborate with internal teams to provide smooth support and communication

Requirements

Fluency in Hindi and good communication skills in English or Malayalam Experience: 0-1 year

(freshers may also apply)

experience in customer relations, telecalling, or customer service (freshers welcome) Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude Willingness to work from Kochi and adapt to flexible work schedules
