Job Description

Greet and welcome customers professionally and courteously. Assist customers throughout their showroom visit - from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Manage appointments and coordinate with sales and design consultants. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to customer inquiries, orders, and service issues. Ensure timely follow-up on customer feedback, complaints, and requests. Maintain customer records in CRM systems accurately. Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Support in showroom events, client gifting, and loyalty programs. Educate customers on diamond quality, certification, and product care (training will be provided if needed).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
