Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
Handle in-house sales activities and lead conversion
Generate new business through cold calling and follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer data and interactions in CRM systems
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
Achieve assigned sales and engagement targets
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
