Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests and issues are resolved efficiently.
Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management for continuous improvement.
Assist in the development of customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Promote company products and services where appropriate and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
