Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage customer inquiries through online channels such as calls, chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns and digital platforms. Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and escalations professionally. Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales support. Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in CRM software. Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and support teams for smooth operations. Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. Achieve customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in customer relationship management or online sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently Customer-focused attitude with a sales-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
