Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in CRM software.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and support teams for smooth operations.
Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Achieve customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer relationship management or online sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
