Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relation Manager to oversee client interactions, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Provide product guidance and support to customers
Ensure smooth onboarding and service experience for all clients
Collaborate with the sales team for promotional activities and campaigns
Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions
Prepare basic reports on sales and customer satisfaction
