: CRM Executive - Fashion Retail (Female Candidates Only)

Position: CRM Executive
Vacancies: 1 Experienced Candidate + 3 Freshers
Preferred: Aviation students / candidates with excellent communication and grooming
Location: Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store and provide a professional, friendly shopping experience.

Guide customers throughout their shopping journey, assist them in selecting products, and help them make informed purchase decisions.

Support customers during the billing process and ensure smooth checkout.

Ensure customers leave the store with a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Handle all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities, including customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups.

Maintain and update customer data, purchase history, and other records.

Drive sales by engaging with customers, promoting products, and managing loyalty programs.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Assist in promotional activities, store events, and customer retention initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Smart, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Ability to multitask and handle customers politely and professionally.

Basic computer knowledge.

Qualification & Experience:

1 year of experience preferred for the experienced position.

Freshers can apply for the remaining openings.

Aviation students or candidates with strong presentation and communication skills will be given higher preference.

Salary: As per industry standards
Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
