The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the interior project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating between clients, design teams, and project teams to ensure seamless communication, timely updates, and a premium customer experience from inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations to ensure complete satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct regular follow-ups and post-project check-ins with clients.
Project Coordination & Communication:
Liaise between clients, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Communicate project progress, timelines, and any changes to clients proactively.
Handle client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed client records, feedback, and communication logs.
Sales & Business Development Support:
Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed projects by providing detailed service information.
Support the sales team with client insights and relationship-building strategies.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions when required.
Customer Experience & Feedback:
Monitor client satisfaction throughout each project phase.
Gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Ensure that client expectations are aligned with project deliverables and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in client servicing or customer relationship management, preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate.
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
