Customer Relation Manager

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales, Project Coordination, or Business Development (BDE)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Customer Relation Manager to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and clients.

Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Prepare reports, maintain client records, and follow up on leads and prospects.

Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote company services.

Assist in planning customer engagement activities and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Project Coordination, or Business Development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
