Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software
Track customer feedback and share insights for service improvement
Support sales team with client coordination, documentation, and order processing
Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and handover from sales team
Prepare regular customer reports and status updates for management
Follow company policies and customer service standards
