Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: -

  • Team issues timely resolution on a daily basis
  • Use the core CRM tool to make changes the process as per the requirement and product launch changes
  • Speak with important teachers and principals to understand their requirement and build relationships
  • Ensure bulk specimen books planning is done and executed by coordinating with logistics, product and marketing team
  • Ensure validation of prospective customers and follow-up calls are happening smoothly
  • Assist with challenging teachers requests or issue escalations as needed.
Skills Needed: -
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (at least 1 year of experience)
