Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Team issues timely resolution on a daily basis
- Use the core CRM tool to make changes the process as per the requirement and product launch changes
- Speak with important teachers and principals to understand their requirement and build relationships
- Ensure bulk specimen books planning is done and executed by coordinating with logistics, product and marketing team
- Ensure validation of prospective customers and follow-up calls are happening smoothly
- Assist with challenging teachers requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (at least 1 year of experience)
- Day shift
