Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain

application forms, agreements, and related documents
to clients.
Ensure
complete and accurate documentation
for each client.
Update and maintain all client details in the
CRM system

Coordinate with the
sales team
for
daily reporting, lead follow-ups, and target tracking

Generate and share
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
with management.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and management.
Follow up with customers and sales executives to close pending documentation and updates.
