The CRM Intern will support the marketing and sales teams in maintaining, updating, and optimizing the company's CRM system. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, assisting in campaign tracking, and generating insights to improve customer engagement and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain customer and lead data in the CRM system.
Support in creating and managing CRM reports and dashboards.
Track campaign performance and assist in lead follow-ups.
Help segment customer data for targeted communications.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM accuracy and usage.
Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and efficiency.
