Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential customers to promote our automotive products and services, generate leads, and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers to promote automotive products and services.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales.

- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of automotive products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

- Data Management: Update customer information and lead data in CRM software.

- Sales Targets: Meet sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues.

- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive products and services.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other telecalling tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?9,370.43 - ?15,500.00 per month
