  • Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product
  • Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product
  • Understanding customers\' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal
  • Keeping the customer database maintained and updated
  • Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects
Required Experience and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Educational Qualifications: Any Degree \xc2\xb7 Industry: Automobile [2 wheeler preferred], Hospitality, Finance/ Insurance, Retail, Communications \xc2\xb7 Minimum experience: 1 year preferably in Automobile/customer relationship roles/ Freshers can also apply \xc2\xb7 Profile: Strong focus on customer experience management, adherence to processes and norms \xc2\xb7 Competencies: \xc2\xb7 Customer Relationship Management \xc2\xb7 Product Knowledge / Brand Insights \xc2\xb7 Analytical Skill.
