We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Oncure. The primary role is to assist patients throughout their visit to our health centre, ensuring a seamless, hospitable, and comforting experience from arrival to departure. This includes guiding them through billing, directing them to doctors, assisting in consultations, and providing comprehensive care during full-body check-ups. Proficiency in phlebotomy, vaccinations, and injections is highly desirable.
- Education: ANM/GNM/MLT/DMLT/ Hospital Administration/Hotel Management/ Any Bachelor's degree
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to provide empathetic and patient-centered care, with an emphasis on hospitality.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Smartness and Professionalism: Present a smart and professional demeanor, focusing on patient satisfaction and care quality.
