To build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle customer queries, provide financial product information, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through cross-selling and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Assist customers in understanding NBFC financial products such as loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, personal loans, etc.
Guide customers through the application, documentation, and disbursement process.
Provide after-sales service and resolve queries/complaints promptly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers for repayments, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Support the branch team in achieving sales and service targets.
Adhere to company policies, compliance, and RBI/NBFC regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to explain financial products clearly.
Basic knowledge of NBFC operations and loan processes.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
Sales and cross-selling abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
0-3 years of experience in customer service/sales in banking or NBFC sector.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Customer satisfaction score.
Number of queries resolved within TAT.
Loan conversion and cross-selling ratio.
Customer retention and repeat business.
Adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
