Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relations Executive
to manage client communications regarding pending orders, payments, and other customer concerns. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and clients, ensuring smooth transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients for follow-ups on pending orders, overdue payments, and account-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, and Logistics) to resolve customer issues and provide accurate updates.
Maintain and update records of customer interactions, transactions, and discussions.
Send reminders and notifications regarding due payments and order status.
Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Assist in processing orders, invoices, and payment confirmations.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or accounts receivable roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and sales support operations is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
