We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
Customer Relation Executive
to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest interactions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing feedback, and supporting overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
Maintain strong communication with guests to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with service staff, kitchen team, and management for guest requirements.
Maintain records of customer feedback and report to the management.
Assist in promoting restaurant offers, loyalty programs, and events.
Ensure the reception/guest area is clean and presentable at all times.
Build long-term relationships with regular customers to improve retention.
Provide support during peak hours to maintain service flow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation apps, etc.).
Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
