The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing concerns, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships and supporting sales and service teams for smooth operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom/office.
Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with service, and support teams for timely follow-up.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure smooth customer flow and reduce waiting time.
Communicate offers, promotions, and service reminders to customers.
Collect feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls.
Assist in documentation, billing, and basic administrative tasks.

Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Tamil).
Customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Problem-solving and patience.
Positive attitude and polite behavior.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
