We are looking for a CRM Executive to support the marketing team by handling customer interactions, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer data. The role requires good communication skills, basic email drafting knowledge, and working knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers through calls, emails, and messages
Follow up with customers on enquiries, appointments, and feedback
Maintain and update customer data in CRM and Excel sheets
Support marketing campaigns by tracking leads and responses
Ensure timely communication and proper documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of email writing and professional communication
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to handle multiple follow-ups systematically
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or marketing support preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Preferred Location:
Candidates residing near
Dilsukhnagar or Santosh Nagar
