We are hiring a

Customer Relation Executive

for our

Royal Enfield Spares Warehouse

. The role involves handling customer calls, promoting

genuine Royal Enfield spare parts

, generating orders, and building long-term customer relationships with mechanics, dealers, and riders.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound sales calls to mechanics, retailers & customers Handle inbound calls related to Royal Enfield spare parts Explain product availability, pricing & offers Follow up on leads and close sales Maintain customer and order records Achieve daily & monthly sales targets

Requirements:



Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language) Basic knowledge of bikes or auto spare parts (preferred) Sales-oriented mindset Ability to work with targets Freshers welcome (training provided) Experience in

bike spares / auto parts / tele sales
