Update customer feedback to the team & management, discuss in CLF meeting, escalate information related to customer dissatisfaction to dealer if not resolved at workshop
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-service concerns. Handle customer conflicts professionally
Maintain accurate customer records, analyse reports & discuss with team
Ensure that dissatisfied customers are attended to their entire satisfaction at workshop
