Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome clients and ensure a professional and pleasant reception experience. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. Handle incoming calls, client queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain client records, registration forms, billing documents, and daily reports. Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and branch staff to ensure seamless service flow. Manage walk-ins and assist in explaining available services and packages. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area. Support branch sales by promoting ongoing offers and services. Handle billing, cash management, and daily closing reports.

Requirements:



Any degree or diploma. 0-2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality (freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, basic typing). Pleasant appearance and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
