Role Overview:

We're seeking

Customer Relationship Executives

to handle post-sales engagement, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams -- ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of contact for post-sales customer interactions. Handle follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and service updates. Drive Google reviews, referrals, and post-sale payment collections. Maintain CRM reports and daily activity logs accurately.

Requirements:

Experience:

1-2 years in Customer Relationship / Client Servicing.

Language:

Fluency in

English (mandatory)

and

Tamil or Hindi (must)

. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
