The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The CRE will act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients, resolving concerns, promoting services or products, and helping improve customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and ensure timely service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Promote new products or services to existing clients when appropriate
Achieve monthly and quarterly customer satisfaction and retention targets
Support sales or account management teams in client onboarding and after-sales service

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management
Industry-specific knowledge is a plus (e.g., finance, healthcare, tech, retail)
Work Timings : 9.30 to 6.30
Work mode : Onsite
Working Days : Monday to saturday
