Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, and requests. Effective in handling customers via by sending Emails and Chats Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for Customer Needs Actively listen to customer needs, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services. Proficiency in using CRM and telephony systems.

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
