Customer Relationship Executive -
Attend inbound and outbound calls from sales leads (min 80 calls) to inform them about the products and services in an efficient and professional manner. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to:
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Follow up on customer calls to optimise conversions to sales.
Upsell products and services where possible and actively work towards reaching sales targets.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update records and customer data company's CRM tool as per company SOPs
Respond to customer complaints immediately and efficiently. Liaise with the field team to close complaints.
Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
Assist CRM in tabulating reports and analytics.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Proficiency in spoken English and Tamil
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; graduate degree will be a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
