We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is crucial in improving customer retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools/software).
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
Track and analyze customer trends, behavior, and satisfaction data.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
Follow up with clients after sales or service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in executing customer loyalty and retention programs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer relationship or client servicing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in a startup or creative company environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing or sales background is an added advantage.
