Position: Customer Relation Executive (OPD Reception & Patient Attender Support)
Location: Tamil Nadu
Role & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients/attenders at the OPD reception
Help patients navigate through hospital services
Ensure smooth patient experience and satisfaction
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and billing teams
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Qualification:
Any Graduate - Preferable: Hotel Management / Hospital Management Experience - Any relevant experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry, freshers are welcome
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills
Languages: Tamil, English (Mandatory)
Hindi / Malayalam (added advantage)
Strong customer-handling skills
Pleasant personality and service-oriented approach
Salary: ?15,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience)
