Relationship Executive - School ERP



Job Summary



We are seeking a

Relationship Executive - School ERP

to manage and strengthen relationships with

schools, principals, administrators, and teachers

using our ERP platform. The role focuses on

client onboarding, training, support coordination, and retention

, ensuring schools derive maximum value from the ERP system.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Account Management



Act as the

single point of contact

for assigned schools Build strong relationships with

school management, principals, and admin staff

Ensure

client satisfaction, retention, and renewal


ERP Onboarding & Training



Coordinate

ERP implementation and onboarding

for new schools Conduct

online/offline training sessions

for teachers and admin staff Support adoption of modules like

Attendance, Fees, Exams, LMS, Transport, Communication


Support & Ticket Coordination



Log, track, and follow up

support tickets

via CRM / ticketing tools Coordinate with

technical and product teams

for issue resolution Ensure resolution within

defined SLA timelines


Communication & Reporting



Communicate product updates, new features, and best practices to schools Prepare

usage reports, feedback summaries, and escalation notes

Collect and share

client feedback

with product teams

Upselling & Growth Support



Identify opportunities for

module upgrades, add-ons, and renewals

Support sales team in

cross-sell and upsell initiatives

Assist in

demo coordination and presentations

when required

Required SkillsTechnical / Functional Skills



Basic understanding of

School ERP / Education Management Systems

Familiarity with

CRM, ticketing tools, and SaaS platforms

Comfort with

MS Excel, email, and virtual meeting tools


Soft Skills



Excellent

communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to explain technical concepts in

simple language

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills Willingness to

travel to schools

(if required)

Qualification



Graduate in

Any discipline

(Education / IT / Management preferred)

Experience



1-3 years

experience in: Relationship Management Client Success / Account Executive School ERP / EdTech / SaaS Support
