Roles and Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints and feedbacks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issue promptly. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service issues. Assist in development and implementation of customer retention strategies. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the data for business strategies.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
