Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to manage front-end customer interactions at a premium lifestyle and home decor retail store. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through various design projects, products, and collections displayed at the store.
The store showcases a curated range of interior design solutions, home decor products, materials, and project displays, catering to customers looking for customized and ready solutions for residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact and ensure a positive, engaging, and informative customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and ensure a pleasant first impression.
Understand customer requirements and guide them through ongoing and completed projects displayed at the store.
Explain product details, materials, finishes, and other items available in the showroom.
Assist customers by providing basic information and directing them to the concerned design or sales team when required.
Maintain proper coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Ensure the showroom is presentable and displays are well maintained.
Handle walk-in inquiries and support follow-ups as needed.
Maintain basic records of customer visits and inquiries
Job Requirements:
Any Qualification - 10th/12th Pass/ Fresher's also welcomed.
Male candidates preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to explain projects and products clearly to customers.
Prior experience in customer relations, retail, showroom handling, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Languages : Hindi, English and Konkani .
