Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
Manage the complete onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.
Client Support:
Address and resolve client issues promptly through calls, emails, or meetings.
Billing Management:
Coordinate and ensure timely billing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
Upselling & Retention:
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to existing clients.
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
Feedback Management:
Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams for service enhancement.
Coordination:
Work closely with technical, finance, and operations teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
Documentation:
Maintain client records, issue logs, and billing updates in CRM tools.
Performance Review:
Participate in weekly review meetings to report progress and client satisfaction levels.
Client Engagement:
Support in planning and executing engagement or retention activities for key clients.
